This page is here to recognise MSPs and councillors who publicly support repealing or substantially reforming:
The blanket pavement parking ban, and/or
Blanket 20mph zones.
It’s also here to make one thing very clear:
At the moment, no Scottish politicians have publicly committed to repeal. (happy to set the record straight).
Because absence says something.
If no one is willing to stand up for practical, common-sense fixes, voters deserve to know.
If you’ve contacted your representatives and they’re not on this page, ask them:
“Why aren’t you here? Do you support real practical solutions for the people, or not?”
We’ll add a name here when an MSP or councillor:
Makes a public statement supporting repeal or major reform, and
Is willing to be quoted or linked to their statement.
That’s it. No party preference, no hidden agenda — just a record of who is willing to fix broken policy.
Use the email tool to contact your representatives.
Share their responses with us — especially if they take a clear stance.
